MONDAY, JULY 20 · IDENTITY

TUESDAY, JULY 21 · WORKFLOW
Day 2: The Time You're Losing at the Desk - NOW LIVE!
The most concrete day, auditable moves for the visit, the notes, the inbox, and the work that was never yours.
- Dr. Brad Block: the closing minutes of the visit, communicating so the work doesn't follow you home
- Dr. Sarah Smith: Closing your notes inside the workday, instead of at the kitchen table
- Dr. Amy Vertrees: Delegation and why physicians keep doing work that was never theirs, and how to hand it back
- Dr. Junaid Niazi: AI scribes without the vendor hype, how to audit whether one would buy your evenings back
WEDNESDAY, JULY 22 · SYSTEM
Day 3: The Time You're Losing to Structures You Didn't Choose - NOW LIVE!
Fair warning: Day 3 has a point of view. Some of this was never yours to fix alone.
- Dr. Latifat Akintade: Money as leverage, how your finances quietly decide what you can say no to at work
- Michael Johnson, Esq.: The contract you already signed, what's actually in it, and where your leverage lives
- Dr. Miguel Villagra: Building something on the side while staying clinical, entrepreneurship as leverage, not escape
- Dr. Chris Antolak: What changes when physicians stop negotiating alone
- Closing keynote, Dr. Junaid Niazi: The three-day argument, brought home
YOUR SUMMIT HOST
Dr. Junaid Niazi
I'm an internal medicine and pediatrics physician at one of the largest health systems in Minnesota, who still sees patients, serves as an informaticist, and helped my group unionize. When I describe the 10pm notes and the drive home, I'm not describing it from the outside. I've lived every part of it.
I built Prosperous Life MD and Charting Conquered to help physicians chart less and live more. I built this summit because I got tired of the two options we're usually handed: grind quietly until you break, or leave medicine entirely. I don't believe those are the only doors.
Across these three days, you'll hear the argument I wish someone had made for me: the identity work, the workflow work, and the system work, in that order, because that's the order in which change actually holds.
